Initial Assessment – Occupational Therapy & Psychotherapy-Informed Evaluation (60 mins) : $185

A 60-minute comprehensive assessment focused on understanding your history, daily functioning, nervous system patterns, and ADHD-related strengths and challenges. Together, we identify key barriers and develop a personalized treatment plan to guide ongoing support and carryover between sessions.

Ongoing Therapy Sessions – Occupational Therapy & Psychotherapy-Informed Treatment (50 mins): $170

These 50-minute sessions focus on practical, individualized strategies to support executive functioning, emotional regulation, nervous system support, and sustainable daily routines. Sessions are collaborative, goal-oriented, and tailored to your real-life demands and evolving needs.
